Designation / Position: EXPORT EXECUTIVE - PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY No of vacancies: Job Description: One Executive Preparing pre shipment Export documents for Shipping & Clearance.Sending Quotations,Purchase orders to various suppliers.Taking follow up of related doucments like Purchase Invoice, Packing List,COA, Manutacturing Licences of related orders. Coordinating and follow up with CHA and transporter for the consignment to ship on time. Taking rates from Freight forwarder for All shipment and negotiate the rates as and when required.Sending the full setofdocuments forpassing in custom. Checking and nalizing checklist for timely ling of shipping bill and Bill of Lading.Coordinating and planning the shipment with marketing and dispatch team. Preparing Post Shipment documents as per Bank LC terms.Checking LC draft received frombuyer. Preparing and processing DGFTdocumentation forupdated License. Should have good oral written communication skills. . Procient computer skills, including Mircrosoft oce Word, Excel, Power Point.
