Taking rates from Freight forwarder for All shipment and negotiate the rates as and when required. Sending the full set of documents for passing in custom.
Checking and finalizing checklist for timely filing of shipping bill and Bill of Lading. Coordinating and planning the shipment with marketing and dispatch team. Preparing Post Shipment documents as per Bank LC terms. Checking LC draft received from buyer. Preparing and processing DGFT documentation for updated License.
Should have good oral written communication skills. . Proficient computer skills, including Mircrosoft oce Word, Excel, Power Point. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong negotiation skills, good aptitude for problem solving.Candidate from pharmaceutical industries shall be preferred.
