Export Executive

As an Export Department Recruitment professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, your role will involve documentation of export processes including shipping bill filing, BL preparation, bank lodgments/collection, DOK/LC handling, and day-to-day reporting. You must have a strong understanding of VGM/CARTIN and basic export procedures. Additionally, you are expected to coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, forwarders, and other departments, while also possessing knowledge about ECGC. Key Responsibilities: - Documentation of export processes such as shipping bill filing, BL preparation, bank lodgments/collection, and DOK/LC handling - Day-to-day reporting of export activities - Coordination with CHA, shipping lines, forwarders, and other departments - Understanding and implementation of VGM/CARTIN - Knowledge of basic export procedures and ECGC requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in export department operations - Proficiency in typing with a good speed - Advanced Excel skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you are expected to work full-time during day shifts at the provided in-person work location. You will also be eligible for a yearly bonus as part of the job benefits.
