As a Senior Associate- Splunk Enterprise Administrator with ITSI experience at Genpact, your primary responsibility will be to develop, create, integrate, and administer an on-premise Splunk Enterprise Instance running on VMware. You will be tasked with developing Splunk Apps and add-ons to support data ingestion for applications and cybersecurity, as well as supporting Splunk ITSI Application functionality. Additionally, you will play a key role in Splunk development, data integrations, and application administration. To excel in this role, you must hold either a Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator or Splunk Certified Developer certification. Your responsibilities will include administering core Splunk and Splunk App for IT Service Intelligence (ITSI), ensuring log management, ingestion, normalization, and CIM compliance. You will provide operational support for the Enterprise Logging/Splunk platform to enhance Enterprise Security and IT Service Intelligence. Your expertise in advanced Splunk analytics will be crucial for developing and administering custom Splunk applications, data ingestion, and integrations with business-critical enterprise applications and systems. You will also be responsible for developing specialized Splunk Security and Compliance applications, add-ons, data models, dashboards, and content to meet specific criteria. The qualifications we seek in you include being an Active Splunk Enterprise Admin Certified or Splunk Certified Developer. In addition to the active certification(s), you must have experience in Splunk Indexers cluster and search heads cluster management, Splunk app and add-on development, Splunk development, building dashboards, reports, and lookup tables, cyber security data onboarding, application data onboarding, and CIM compliance. You should possess demonstrated experience in real-time system monitoring and bottleneck identification using Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) and other network monitoring technologies. Your expertise in managing Splunk Core and ITSI, setting up and customizing Splunk dashboards, and queries for optimal performance monitoring will be essential. Moreover, you must be adept at administering Splunk, addressing new app monitoring requests, and ensuring effective monitoring of all applications through Splunk. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as the ability to collaborate with others using various project approaches and being comfortable working remotely with team members in different time zones are highly valued.
