Job Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Manage end-to-end recruitment process Maintaining the employee life cycle from on-boarding to exit Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies Employee Engagement: organizing events and team-building activities for employees Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health facilities, issues, and complaints Branding of company on social media platform Coordination in training & development Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Vendor management and administration Requirements and skills: Understanding of basic human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of statutory compliances Good interpersonal and communication skills Good problem-solving skills & decision-making abilities Multitasking and parallel working Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach Must be proactive in taking on responsibilities Knowledge or experience of MS-office Education: Any bachelor's or masters degree, HR Specialization will be preferable Employment service agreement: 2.5 Years Looking out for candidates who can join immediately
