You will play a key role in helping clients design, configure, and implement planning solutions that drive agility, visibility, and performance across their supply chains.This role offers the opportunity to work on digital planning transformation programs for leading organizations across industries, collaborating closely with client stakeholders, system integrators, and internal consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advanced planning systems implementation projects across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules.
- Contribute to the design of future-state planning processes and translate business requirements into system configurations or functional designs.
- Configure or support configuration of different screens / functionalities in planning applications (e.g., o9, Kinaxis), including master data setup, planning logic, and scenario modeling.
- Support development of data mapping documents, linking source (ERP/legacy systems) fields to APS data models (e.g., o9, Kinaxis).
- Assist in building and maintaining integration test cases to validate data flows between ERP, data lake, and APS systems.
- Validate master data accuracy (items, locations, BOMs, resources, lead times, calendars) and ensure readiness for planning model configuration.
- Support testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) and document functional scenarios and results.
- Troubleshoot functional or data-related issues and collaborate with technical teams to drive resolution.
- Prepare deliverables such as process maps, functional design documents, and configuration guides, and data mapping and transformation documents
- Contribute to internal initiatives, such as developing accelerators, reusable assets, or thought leadership on digital planning and analytics.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Nice to have: MBA or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications in o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or SAP IBP (where applicable) are an advantage.
Required Skills
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and inventory processes.
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure with configuration of at least one APS platform (e.g., o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
- Ability to translate business requirements into system designs or configurations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional, client-facing teams.
- Ability to work with large, complex, and unstructured datasets, performing cleaning, transformation, and validation.
Optional Skills
Experience supporting end-to-end APS implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
