We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong technical background and extensive experience in advising clients on technology strategy and sourcing, roadmap development, process redesign & SAP/Oracle Supply Chain ERP transformation support. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing clients’ supply chain technology needs, building tech strategy & roadmaps, working with clients & technical teams to translate business requirements, and supporting ERP transformation PMO & change management efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the supply chain technology landscape, processes & business requirements and technology strategy, as well as functional implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on technology strategy, roadmaps and change management efforts through ERP implementation engagements
- Utilize broad SAP / Oracle functional experience to optimize SC processes; navigate SC modules and related business operations and processes
- Identify cross-functional impact of point solutions (e.g. WMS, TMS, Planning, etc.) and ensure seamless end-to-end processes & ERP integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Drive a workstream while supporting technical implementation of SAP / Oracle SC solutions
- Analyze and identify process gaps, develop custom design specifications to lead the solution design
- Conduct / assist client workshops on process requirements and solution design / blueprinting
- Support the design and architecture of the overall technology framework for implementations
- Support implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client teams
- Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across the engagement delivery
- Travel may be required for this role, depending on client requirements
Education
Degrees/Field of Study required: MBA / MTech or a Master's degree in a related field
Certifications
- Certifications related to SAP / Oracle SCM modules (e.g. Advanced Planning & Optimization, Forecasting & Replenishment, Event Management, Supply Network Collaboration)
Required Skills
- Functional expertise in SAP / Oracle SCM
