Job Description

  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Manage the End-to-End Recruitment function by handling overall interview, selection, and closing process.
  • Conduct Employee Induction to all new recruits by familiarizing with Organization Culture & Policies.
  • Maintain MIS Reports & relevant Trackers.
  • Manage onboarding formalities and new hire process.
  • Initiate Employee Background Verification (Pre-Offer & Post-Offer).
  • Plan & execute Employer Branding initiatives through Talent Management.
