Job Description

Looking for a skilled Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Bangalore II. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong background in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.

Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.

Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
