Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the aviation, real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors Create comprehensive job descriptions tailored to specific business requirements Source potential candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, and networking Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant skills and experiences Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle Utilize recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes and drive improvements Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition Qualifications Education Qualification: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Behavioural Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple priorities Technical Skills Proficient in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and assessments Non-Negotiable Skills End-to-end recruitment process exposure - JD creation, sourcing to closure Show more Show less
