Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Design and implement effective job postings, screening processes, and interviewing techniques to ensure successful hires.
  • Manage candidate pipelines from initial application to onboarding, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on selection criteria.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-12 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and attracting highly skilled professionals through various channels (e.g., social media, professional networks).
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations governing recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
