Job Role

Key Responsiblities

1.

Leverage Orcapod existing client base and acquire new clients for executive search assignments.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industries, focusing on IT.
Actively explore new business opportunities and proactively engage with

stakeholders.

2.

Lead end-to-end execution of executive search mandates for senior positions (VP level) and top-level architects).
Oversee and enhance delivery capability for executive search assignments.
Ensure timely and quality-driven delivery to meet client expectations

. Strategic Leadership:

Contribute to the growth of the executive search vertical by formulating strategies
and ensuring alignment with Orcapod business goals.
Play an active role in the management team to enhance Orcapods service offerings

3. P&L Management:

Take ownership of revenue and profitability targets for the executive search business.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining financial sustainability.
