Job Description

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and

organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. You will serve as a critical

link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth communication, compliance, and delivery of

key scheme milestones.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Support end-to-end execution and operational management of flagship MSH schemes like GENESIS,

TIDE 2.0, and SAMRIDH.

 Liaise with Implementing Agencies (IAs), incubators, and startups for documentation, compliance,

milestone tracking, and program deliverables.

 Assist in evaluating incubator and startup proposals, compiling review notes, and tracking scheme-related

documentation.

 Maintain updated and organized records of program documentation, success stories, internal notes, and

best practices.

 Coordinate periodic reviews, status updates, and performance assessments of incubators/startups under

various schemes.

 Draft official communications, emails, MoUs, reports, presentations, and briefing notes required for

stakeholder interactions and audits.

 Prepare and maintain trackers for scheme-wise startup performance, fund disbursals, incubator outreach

activities, and program progress.

 Facilitate outreach and awareness campaigns, including internal webinars, training sessions, challenge

programs, and social media coordination.

 Assist in data collection, dashboard/report generation, and audit readiness with support from the Finance

and Portal teams.

 Work closely with Managers and Senior Managers to provide operational and logistical support for dayto-

day functioning.

 Collaborate with external stakeholders for data validation, program support queries, and follow-ups as

required.

Skills and Competencies:

 Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

 Excellent drafting and communication skills, especially in professional writing and email etiquette.

 Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple assignments with tight timelines.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

 Familiarity with startup or incubation ecosystems, government schemes, or development sector projects

is preferred.

 Ability to work independently under guidance with minimal supervision.

 Professional demeanour, discretion, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

 Excellent communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional collaboration

 Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

 Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership

 Ability to engage stakeholders and manage professional relationships effectively

 Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

 Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience,

OR

 Master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Prior experience in similar field will be an added merit

 Candidates with academic qualifications in technical fields such as Science,

Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines are certainly encouraged to apply
