Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – IT Procurement to manage and optimize our IT procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in sourcing IT products and services, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. This role is critical in supporting our IT infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• IT Sourcing & Procurement:

• Source and procure IT hardware, software, and services in line with organizational needs.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

• Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and risk assessments.

• Contract Management:

• Draft, review, and manage IT procurement contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a repository of contracts and track renewal timelines.

• Process & Compliance:

• Adhere to internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on procurement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.

• Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and pricing benchmarks.
• Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, and vendor/contract management.

Technical Competencies/Skills:

• Ability to work independently. Familiarity with compliance, data retention policies, and IT

asset management.

• Software & Hardware Skills: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of

IT hardware and software.

• Cheap and Best Delivery: Ability to source cost-effective solutions while ensuring timely

and high-quality delivery of IT services and products.
