Job Description

Role Title:

Reporting To:

Initial Location of Posting:

IT Sourcing & Procurement
:

Source and procure IT hardware, software, and services in line with organizational needs.
Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

2. Vendor Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.
Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and risk assessments.

Education Qualification:

Graduate degree from the recognized university, must have cleared the exam in 1st attempt.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in IT Procurement & vendor management.

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and lifecycle management.

Knowledge of financial processes, including CAPEX, OPEX, and budgeting.

Proficiency in Oracle/SAP ERP systems.
