Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 1-3 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - Inside Sales in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with excellent communication and sales skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales performance.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with sales software and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
