Executive HR

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining employee records. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
• Manage onboarding and induction process for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in handling employee grievances and queries professionally.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated regularly.
• Maintain statutory compliance records like PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Prepare HR-related reports and MIS on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
• Knowledge of HRMS tools, labor laws, and payroll processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).

Preferred Qualities:

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced or manufacturing/IT/retail (as applicable) environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,521.25 per month
