CNC Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to operate and manage CNC machinery used in the production of modular furniture and interior components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CNC routers, knowledge of panel processing, and the ability to read and execute technical drawings with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC router machines for cutting, drilling, grooving, and shaping modular furniture parts such as wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, panels, etc.
• Load and unload materials (MDF, plywood, particle board, etc.) onto the CNC machine.
• Interpret and execute drawings and cutting files (DXF, DWG formats) generated by the design team.
• Perform regular machine calibration, tool changes, and maintenance checks.
• Ensure components are cut with precision, minimal wastage, and high-quality finish.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams for job priorities and material availability.
• Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensions, and surface quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety around the CNC machine area.
• Record machine usage, maintenance logs, and daily production reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a furniture or modular manufacturing setup.
• Proficient in operating CNC routers and panel processing machines.
• Familiarity with basic design and nesting software such as AutoCAD, AlphaCAM, ArtCAM, or similar.
• Strong understanding of materials, laminates, edge banding, and modular joinery.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Wood Technology, or CNC Operations.
• Experience in furniture/interior manufacturing companies is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
