Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a professional recruiter to join our establishment. The recruiter's responsibilities include
Filling positions within an organization.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Assist in the onboarding process, including collecting necessary documents and completing new hire paperwork.
Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
Educational Qualification: UG/PG
Experience: Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Language : Tamil, English
Preferred : Coimbatore candidate & Immediate joiner.
Work Location : Coimbatore.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
