1. Controlling costs related to stationary, consumables, staff welfare, and meetings.
2. Ensuring the cinema's staffing levels is maintained as per the budget, managing replacements for vacant positions.
3. On boarding, induction, and orientation of new employees in a timely manner.
4. Maintaining the employee database on HRIS, ensuring accurate and prompt entry of new joiners and exits.
5. Organizing and maintaining personnel files with all required documents.
6. Managing biometric enrolment for new hires and deactivation for exiting employees.
7. Collaborating with the Regional HR team to manage payroll and attendance.
8. Ensuring error-free attendance records for accurate payroll processing.
9. Taking responsibility for audit reports and ratings related to the HR department.
10. Compiling and sending weekly/monthly reports to the HR SPOC.
11. Handling exit formalities for separating employees.
12. Managing uniform distribution and compliance.
13. Maintaining training records conducted at the cinema.
14. Organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
15. Addressing employee grievances in a timely and effective manner.
16. Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations by maintaining required registers.
