Role & responsibilities 1. Checking the cargo/containers reporting status at respective CFS/ICD/Airport. 2. Checking the documents thoroughly before submitting documents to customs for further processing. 3. Ensuring the post shipment documents are collected from the concerned office and submitted to the CS team for billing as per the customs SOP. 4. Imports & Exports customs clearance works undertaken as per Customs Compliance at CFS/ ICD / Airport 5. Coordinating with the other Operations Team members at the branch and ensuring the CHA-related work is duly handled well and completed. Preferred candidate profile

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. Promote the companys full suite of logistics solutions to prospective clients, showcasing value-added services and operational capabilities. Prepare and deliver business proposals, RFQs, tenders, and commercial presentations. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and coordinating internally to provide optimal solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts to address queries, issues, and service coordination. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential customers, and competitive insights. Provide strategic recommendations for service expansion, pricing strategies, or market penetration. Monitor industry developments, trade lanes, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Internal Coordination Collaborate with operations, customs, warehousing, and transportation teams to develop customized logistics solutions. Coordinate with finance and management teams on contract terms, pricing, and credit arrangements. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and support operational teams in service delivery.
