Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

HR Operations & Employee Management

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee exit formalities.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Employee Engagement & HR Initiatives

  • Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR initiatives.
  • Promote a positive work culture and assist in conflict resolution.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across the organisation.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR data.
