Job Description

Job Summary:

The Executive – HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training coordination, performance management, payroll support, and HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers).
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct employee induction programs.

2. HR Operations & Employee Records:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, activities, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in coordination with HR Manager.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

4. Performance Management & Training:

  • Assist in implementation of performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training & development programs and track effectiveness.
  • Support skill development initiatives.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Problem-solving and employee relations management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
