As an HR Generalist at our company based in Ludhiana, you will play a vital role in managing various HR functions within the automobile industry. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and the employee life cycle. - Developing and implementing HR policies & procedures. - Handling employee engagement, grievance resolution, and performance management. - Coordinating training & development activities. - Maintaining HR records and preparing MIS reports. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and requirements: - A regular MBA / BCA / B.Sc / B.Com degree. - More than 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist in the Automobile industry. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliances, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office / HR tools.
