Executive - HR (Generalist)

You are a dynamic and proactive HR Executive responsible for managing end-to-end human resource and administrative functions at an export house factory. Your role involves recruiting factory workers and office staff, preparing HR documentation, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining attendance records, addressing employee grievances, coordinating social compliance audits, managing administrative tasks, and liaising with consultants for PF and ESI submissions. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit factory workers and office staff, including blue-collar and white-collar roles. - Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as appointment letters and employee records. - Ensure timely PF and ESI documentation and statutory compliance. - Maintain attendance records and manage leave systems. - Handle all documentation and compliance under the Factory Act and labor laws. - Address and resolve employee grievances. - Coordinate social compliance audits like BSCI and SEDEX. - Manage buyer compliance audits and documentation. - Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks within the factory. - Liaise with consultants for PF and ESI submissions. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate with 3 years of relevant experience in a factory environment. - Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities. - Familiarity with social and buyer audit standards. - Past experience in administration and office/factory maintenance preferred.
