Executive - HR (Generalist)

As an HR Assistant / HR Executive at our company, your role involves assisting in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. You will support the recruitment process by handling job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new employees, preparing necessary documentation, and updating HR-related reports when required. Your responsibilities will also include supporting employee engagement and welfare activities, handling basic employee queries, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information while adhering to company policies. Furthermore, you will be expected to perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
