Executive - HR (Generalist)

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 1 to 3 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations at our Sriperumbudur facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, payroll support, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Manage and maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying relevant data.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Support employee engagement programs and internal communications.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain and update HR systems and reports.
• Assist in the performance appraisal process and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or as an HR Generalist.
• Familiarity with HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HR software/HRIS is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.

Work Conditions:

• Work Location: On-site – Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
• Working Days: [Mention days – e.g., Monday to Saturday]
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
