Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interview.
· Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and AI tools for effective hiring.
· Maintain the database of recruitment and candidate pipelines.
· Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
· Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
· Onboarding to offboarding knowledge.
· HR Administration.
· Executing employee engagement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· MBA / Graduate in HR or related field.
· Minimum 1 years of overall HR experience.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Exposure to HRMS and modern HR tools.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary: 2,40,00 – 3,60,000 CTC
