Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and support our on-ground sales efforts. The role involves identifying potential customers through various channels, conducting site visits for surveys, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to closure. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through cold calling, digital outreach, field visits, and referrals. Visit customer locations to conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements. Educate prospects about solar solutions and benefits. Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and installation planning. Maintain CRM records and submit daily reports. Support marketing activities and attend promotional events as needed. Requirements MBA in Marketing (preferred) freshers also can apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the city. Ability to understand and explain solar products. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
