Job Description

Position Title: Executive – HR Generalist
Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Location: Ranchi.
Employment Type: Work from Office (Full-time)
Preferred Candidate: Female
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive – HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Talent Engagement, Payroll, and Compliance Management, preferably from Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Engagement & Relations:
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and retention initiatives.
  • Handle employee grievances, ensure a healthy and positive workplace culture.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursements and reimbursements.
  • Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labour law compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain compliance records and coordinate with consultants or authorities as needed.
  • Talent Management:
  • Support in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HRMIS database accurately.
  • Performance & Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in performance management processes and HR policy execution.
  • Support the management in HR audits and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience as HR Generalist in Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Should be proactive, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Must be willing to work from office only.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & skills).
  • Additional benefits as per company policy.
