Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive Location: Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 6 months (Minimum) Reports To: HR Manager / Director of HR Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and compliance, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Handle onboarding and induction of new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases (physical and digital). Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave, and other data. Address basic employee queries related to policies, benefits, and leaves. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Help ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations. Assist in performance management documentation and review coordination. Support exit formalities and full-and-final settlements. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.). Basic understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Detail-oriented and organized. Preferred:Internship or 6 months+ experience in an HR role. Knowledge of HR software like Zoho, Keka, or HROne. Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn or Naukri.
