Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process to meet staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Working closely with Department Managers, you will develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements. Additionally, you will assess candidates on relevant parameters, handle employee separation processes, monitor key HR processes, support in performance management, and assess training needs of team members. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in sourcing, negotiation, and maintaining a good offer-to-joining ratio - Understanding and working around company operating processes and systems to develop job descriptions, KRAs, and incentive schemes - Evaluating candidate suitability for roles - Implementing HR processes including monthly reviews, attendance tracking, leave management, and learning and development - Conducting performance management processes and goal setting - Identifying training needs and areas of improvement for team members - Engaging in regular discussions with employees and new joinees for smooth onboarding and feedback - Implementing strategies to control absenteeism, attrition, and employee grievances Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources - 2 to 4 years of work experience in HR in mid to large-size companies - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Leadership qualities and a sense of ownership for responsibilities - Good knowledge of HR functions such as Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, and employee engagement - Experience in the Real Estate sector or willingness to work in this sector is preferred (Note: Omitted additional details of the company as there were none mentioned in the provided job description),
