Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies and activities.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Support communication efforts through internal newsletters, announcements, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees to improve engagement efforts.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation activities to enhance new hire experience.
  • Maintain documentation and reports on engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of mental well-being by organizing mental health sessions with experts, encouraging awareness and empathy, and serving as a compassionate advocate for emotional wellness across the organization.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning by coordinating training programs and workshops and supporting employee growth through impactful Learning & Development initiatives.
  • Design and share creative internal communication content using tools like Canva to boost employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s /Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communication, or HR.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for people and culture.
  • Ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously
