managing talent acquisition and onboarding, administering employee benefits and compensation, handling employee relations and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee development programs

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  Facilitating the hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing the onboarding of new hires.

• Employee Relations:

  Addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive and harmonious work environment.

• Benefits & Compensation:

  Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, as well as managing compensation and payroll.

• Performance Management:

  Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback and goal-setting, and implementing performance management systems.

• Training & Development:

  Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development and upskilling opportunities for employees.

• Compliance & Policy:

  Enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing employee leaves of absence.

• HR Operations:

  Maintaining employee files, gathering HR metrics, and providing general support to both employees and management.
• Conducting Training programmes for all the employees
• To maintain all the labour department related forms.
• Admin activates of the plant
