Job Title: Technician / Operator / Executive Department: Maintenance / Operations / Utilities Reporting To: Engineering or Maintenance Manager Industry: Warehousing / Logistics / Cold Chain / Manufacturing Experience Required: 2–5 years (depending on role level) Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technician/Operator/Executive to manage day-to-day operational, maintenance, and safety responsibilities. This role ensures the smooth functioning of refrigeration systems, utilities, MHES equipment, and safety infrastructure while maintaining records and promoting a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems, DG sets, refer trucks, and utility equipment. Perform repairs and maintenance for MHES equipment (Reach Truck, Forklift, BOPT, HPT). Maintain electrical and instrumentation systems: Panels, DBs, UPS, Stabilizers, and Batteries. Execute preventive maintenance plans and maintain comprehensive records. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and update COD Reports, checklists, breakdown and incident reports. Maintain logs including ISO files, history cards, compressor logs, data loggers, and incoming product temperature records. Record daily resource consumption (electricity, diesel, water) and spare part inventory. Safety & Compliance: Monitor and maintain hydrants, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, PA systems, and CCTVs. Check and refill fire extinguishers as per schedule. Conduct periodic safety training sessions, fire drills, and emergency response drills (fire, medical, electrocution). Identify root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Promote safety culture by reporting and acting on near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Ensure EHS records and licenses/certificates are current and compliant with regulations. Energy Efficiency & Sustainability: Support energy-saving initiatives and maintain energy consumption logs. Optimize utility usage and recommend energy-efficient practices. Candidate Requirements: Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred for Executive level roles. Experience:2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, cold chain, or industrial facility operations and maintenance. Technical Skills: Proficient in operation and maintenance of refrigeration, DG sets, and electrical systems. Familiar with ISO systems, permit-to-work, and safety protocols. Experience in fire safety systems, utilities, and documentation. Soft Skills: Team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
