To ensure and provide technical trainings to the team. To carry out the Preventive Maintenance as per schedule and make necessary entries of Preventive maintenance in SAP (PM Module) To ensure calibration activities on timely. To initiate Opex budget and improvement projects at site. To allocate the workman/Technician as per requirement. To arrange necessary spares required before and after the preventive maintenance of machines. To maintain inventory of Plant machines. Ensure Data integrity/GDP/GMP visibility at work place. To work in hand for implementation of new projects / Modification of system in plant and supervise civil related works. To Prepare /Update & implement existing SOP, New SOPs and maintain compliance.
