Job Title: Technician / Operator / Executive Department: Engineering / Maintenance / Operations Reporting To: Maintenance Manager / Facility Manager Industry: Warehousing / Cold Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics Experience Level: 2–5 Years (varies by role and seniority) Role Overview: We are looking for skilled and proactive Technicians/Operators/Executives to manage the operations, maintenance, and reporting of utilities, refrigeration systems, safety mechanisms, and other critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence and safety. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Maintenance: Operate, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems, DG sets, refer trucks, and water pumps. Maintain and repair MHES equipment such as Reach Trucks, Forklifts, BOPT, and HPTs. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical panels, DBs, UPS systems, stabilizers, and batteries. Monitor and maintain ISO files, history cards, compressor logbooks, data loggers, and incoming product temperature records. Ensure proper upkeep and conditioning of earth pits, lightning arresters, docks, and doors. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and update COD reports, checklists, breakdown reports, and incident reports. Track and document diesel, electricity, and water consumption, along with DG maintenance reports and spare part inventories. Coordinate license renewals and certification compliance. Safety & Compliance: Regularly check and maintain hydrants, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, PA systems, CCTVs, and fire extinguishers. Organize and document fire drills, emergency mock drills, and safety trainings. Promote and monitor safety culture on the floor by reporting near misses, unsafe acts, and conditions. Conduct root cause analyses of non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Energy Management: Implement and monitor energy-efficient practices within the facility. Maintain records of energy-saving initiatives and improvements. Candidate Requirements: Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant technical discipline. Bachelor’s Degree (for Executive-level roles) preferred. Work Experience:2–5 years of relevant experience in utility operations, equipment maintenance, and facility safety in a warehouse, cold chain, or industrial setup. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, MHES, electrical panels, UPS, and fire systems. Proficiency in preventive maintenance scheduling and record keeping. Working knowledge of ISO documentation, permit systems, and audit preparation. Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility.
