Company Profile

Encorp Powertrans Pvt. Ltd. is a fast growing EPC company engaged in Railway OHE Electrification,Solar & Wind Power Transmission and distribution projects and Structural Erection Projects across India backed by state of art 40000 MTPA Manufacturing facility for Galvanised steel Structures.

Role Overview

To support business growth by developing and strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting in sales and market expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customer coordination and support.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

2. Customer Development & Business Growth

  • Identify new customers and business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Support sales team in customer onboarding and account development.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.

3. Market & Customer Analysis

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain customer databases and track customer interactions and requirements.
  • Provide insights to management for improving products, pricing, and services.

4. Coordination & Follow-up

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Planning, Dispatch, Finance, QC) to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Track order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare periodic reports on customer development activities, sales leads, and conversions.
  • Maintain proper documentation related to customers, contracts, and communications.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
  • Understanding of EPC / manufacturing sales processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM exposure preferred
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce / Engineering or equivalent
  • 2–5 years of experience in customer development, sales coordination, or client servicing
  • Prior experience in EPC, power transmission, infrastructure, fabrication, or manufacturing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
