KPMG has offices in major cities across India, providing industry-focused, technology-enabled services tailored to the Indian business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong knowledge of Legal & Compliance across various law categories such as Labour laws, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, and sector-specific laws - Conduct compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks in different sectors - Develop compliance checklists, manuals, policies, SOPs, and training materials - Implement compliance tools, manage tool implementations for multiple clients, and monitor compliance tool usage - Stay updated on statutory and regulatory developments, best practices in compliance control - Manage teams, projects, client escalations, and serve as a single point of contact for multiple clients - Prepare reports for Senior Management and clients - Collaborate with different teams within the organization to handle multiple assignments effectively In this role, you will assist companies and public sector bodies in managing business and process risks, providing corporate governance, risk management, and Compliance Services tailored to meet individual client needs. Your expertise will help clients navigate challenges, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency to achieve business objectives.
