Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Legal & Compliance across various law categories such as Labour laws, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, and sector-specific laws. - Conducting compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits to identify and mitigate risks under different sectors. - Developing compliance checklists, manuals, policies, SOPs, training materials, and more. - Experience in compliance tool implementations, managing tool implementations for multiple clients, and monitoring compliance tools. - Staying updated on statutory and regulatory developments, along with best practices in compliance control. - Managing teams, projects, client escalations, and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple clients. - Compiling reports for Senior Management and clients, liaising with different teams within the organization to oversee multiple assignments effectively.
