Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and food preparation. Duties include maintaining kitchen standards, managing staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will also be involved in staff training and development, inventory management, and collaborating with management to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills, including expertise in diverse cooking techniques and food presentation
• Experience in menu planning and kitchen management
• Staff management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress
• Experience in hospitality or luxury dining is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification
