Design and innovate menus aligned with brand standards, guest preferences, seasonality, and cost targets.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
Manage food costing, inventory control, vendor sourcing, and waste minimization.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
