Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Hotel Operations Manager. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, training team members, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Operations Management skills for overseeing day-to-day hotel functions
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff
• Training skills to mentor and develop team members
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is beneficial
• Atleast 10 years plus Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
