Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the culinary industry and a strong background in managing kitchen operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu planning principles.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to food quality, safety, or customer complaints.
