Executive Chef

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the culinary industry and a strong background in managing kitchen operations.

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
• Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to food quality, safety, or customer complaints.
