Executive Chef

Position: Executive Chef – Catering Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations for catering events.
• Design and develop innovative menus based on event type & client requirements.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and workflow during events.
• Monitor inventory, food cost, and procurement.
• Collaborate with event managers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Train and motivate the culinary team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in catering/hospitality.
• Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and large-scale cooking.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak event hours.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and costing.
• Creativity and passion for food trends and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree/diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in corporate catering, weddings, or large events.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
