Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring an Executive Business Operations with 3 6 years of experience in procurement documentation, vendor management tools, and advanced Excel reporting. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with strong analytical and communication skills.  

Experience:  3-6 Years  

Location:   Bangalore  

Mode of Work:  Hybrid  

Key Responsibilities:  

•  Manage procurement documentation including Task Orders, Statements of Work (SOW), Change Orders, Master Service Agreements (MSA), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).  
  
• Utilize vendor management platforms such as Beeline and Fieldglass for contingent workforce and procurement operations.  
  
• Create and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, and perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP.  
  
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.  
  
• Generate analytical reports to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.  
  
• Coordinate with various departments to manage and track timesheets accurately.    
  

Required Skills and Qualification:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain, or related field.  
  
• 3 6 years of relevant experience in procurement and vendor operations.  
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).  
  
• Strong understanding of procurement documentation and contract management.  
  
• Experience with vendor management tools like Beeline and Fieldglass.  
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.    
  

Good to Have Skills:  

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.  
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software.  
  
• Knowledge of compliance and audit processes related to procurement.
