Roles Responsibilities

Assist in Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, and Dispatch Coordination Support Order Processing, Order Management, and Inventory Tracking Help in Client Coordination, Client Servicing, and Customer Support Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation Coordinate with Factory Teams, Stores, Packaging Teams, and Dispatch Teams Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Learn Operations B2B Manufacturing Best Practices

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers, interns, or students with interest in Manufacturing Operations, Client Coordination, B2B Operations, and Back Office Support can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Client Servicing Skills
