Case Processing Executive (Spanish Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers and provide timely resolution.
  • Perform case processing, including data verification, documentation checks, and record updates.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions into the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for quick case closures or escalations. Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards. Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support and Spanish calling (mandatory).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in

    Spanish and English.

  • Good typing speed, documentation, and case-handling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work night shifts as required.
  • Must be able to travel independently to and from the workplace. Immediate joiners only.
