The Role

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for an Executive Assistant.

You’ll operate as an extension of the Founder — leading cross-functional execution, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and ensuring the entire org moves in sync. This is not just an EA role. This is a mini-CEO role for someone who can think strategically and execute relentlessly.

You will:

• Drive OKRs and ensure business goals are met across teams (Growth, Creator Success, Counselling, Partnerships).
• Translate founder vision into actionable projects and timelines.
• Review dashboards, metrics, and team performance weekly.
• Manage meetings, decisions, and follow-ups — ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Build cross-department systems for smoother communication and accountability.
• Step into problem zones (operations, people, process) and fix them.
• Prepare reports, investor decks, and data insights for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in startup operations, consulting, or a fast-growth founder’s office.
• Obsessed with clarity, speed, and results.
• You can manage up, sideways, and down — keeping people aligned without formal authority.
• You love creating order out of chaos — and know when to zoom out or dive in.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats: project manager, strategist, operator, systems thinker.
• Bonus: Experience in creator economy, edtech, or digital product ecosystems.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
